Token expiration forces stop of pending downloads

With the end of the past services, CDSE has become highly slow in downloading. This causes a download problem initially not evident. All pending downloads need to authenticate again or refresh the current token, else the thread will not able to complete. So, that needs to be done within the callback function and not only at download submission.
